How to hide a head?

I have seen a few scenes that give a one click option to hide the head. Is this something easy to set up on your own?

It's likely using the plugin Embody or the older ImprovedPOV/Passenger.
If your intention is to possess the person use the Embody plugin.

I seem to recall a plugin or script called "Hide Head" or something like that. But I can't find it on my hard drive or here on the Hub.
