This problem is caused by a bug in the "Morph Merger" plugin. Use "Morph Merge and Split" in future to avoid it.

It can also be caused by trying to modify the body morph while keeping the head morph the same. If a look has separate head and body morphs, and you dial back the body morph because you think it's too extreme, this can happen. The neck fix above or the older xyz morph can fix it.
