How to fix eyes being wonky (see woman in front)?

It's probably because of too much light hitting her eyes. Try reducing the light. Also check your shader settings. A low setting will do this. Medium might also be too much reflection. High is better, but might affect FPS, depending on the scene. Lastly, and this is easy to do, reduce the value of the Alpha setting on the eye reflection if you're using eye reflection clothing.
