How to edit Speed of downloaded Mocap Animations?

Ok thanks i figure it out myself.
1. go to select (arrow icon)
2. choose Scene animation
3. Change animation speed.

Also, add a slider to adjust playback speed on the fly:
UISlider Trigger:
BUILT-IN: Core -> MotionAnimationMaster -> playbackspeed
TIMELINE: Person -> plugin..Timeline -> Speed
