VaM 1.x How to do this transition??

1. How can I switch between animation segments while moving the character to a new location and changing their pose?
a. When switching segments, how can I ensure the character teleports to a new position with exact pose i made, instead of sliding there and perform the animation in segment? ( Just to be sure you understand what I mean )
2. When i press one of the UIbuttons, my camera also teleport to the designated position, and black screen appear. how can i do that? ( does it have anything to do with the plugin name "Positioner?" or this "https://hub.virtamate.com/resources/change-poses-with-ui-button.45193/" )

• Tab "Pose" for the animation.
• Save the starting pose on a "Start" animation
• Check "Apply pose on transition"
• Play anim
