Question How to alter a specific part of the body?

If there was a morph slider when to the max turned my character into a bbw and say I only wanted the bottom half of her body to have effect of the morph slider while the top remained the same. Is it possible to do so? Can I "disable" other parts of the body so I can alter only a specific part like, lets say the ass or thigh or belly from that morph?

It's all about finding the morphs that do what you want and compensate with others for other body parts.
Or you can also make your own morphs.
