Question How to add a interactive Handjob with foreskin up and down possibilities when moving Hands?

How can i do such a interaction scene where one can grab a Penis and when moving hands up and down the foreskin moves
with it as it would be natural?

I do not mean animated as a video there are morphs for that.
I mean the moment i grasp the penis skin should behave physical correct.

Or can i include a morph into a interaction step ?

Technical if i would touch the foreskin with two fingers or two hands fingers it should react and know it should move physical up and down whenever i am touching the skin with fingers / hands.

It would be great if such would also work in posession.
