How should I move and rotate objects in the editing mode of VaM's Desktop mode?

Moving objects is a very important thing. When making a hairstyle, if you move the tool carelessly, the hairstyle will become messy. How can we move and place objects along the correct trajectory?

Power Handle plugin can help. I very often use the move tab and adjust the x,y,z and rotations there. Desktop for editing really is a pain. If you got 150$ bucks to spare there is a 3D mouse designed for CAD programs. I have seen ads and YouTube vids but have never used it. (no $150, 0r even $1.50 to spare ?)
