Question Desktop mode / intearctable in play mode

I have a scene from a creator and I want to interact with the characters in play mode. Like move hand, hip etc. I clicked the "intearctable in play mode" button on nearly every body part and made sure that allow posses / grab is also checked. But when I try to move the respective body parts it wont work. Is there a specific setting or button I miss here?

If the nodes are set to the on position, and/or are being animated in timeline, you won't be able to move them just by grabbing/nudging them. You need to set them to comply in their atom control menu.
