I am a sound designer and if the product description says "High Quality .... Sound Effects" then I expect it to be so, but in fact it turned out that the sounds are shit.
Remove the word "high quality" from the description and you will be fine.

not sure what u are using, on my end the quality is more than fine, tough luck for u i guess.
