Hi everyone, here are my specs:
Core i3 12100F
RTX 2070 8GB
2TB NVMe
64GB DDR4 RAM
EVGA 80 Plus Gold 850W Power Supply

Excuse my poor English, but I need help. Every time I load a scene with two people, my PC restarts or crashes the game.Is this problem due to my processor? If I upgrade to a Core i9 12900HX, will I see a significant improvement? I'm playing on medium settings on a VR Quest 3 headset.

The CPU and GPU temperatures are within the correct range of 50 to 60 degrees.

I don't think you’ll notice a dramatic difference with the 12900HX. How much of a change someone actually feels varies from person to person.

Regarding the PC reboots and game crashes—what are the specific causes? I believe the first step should be identifying the root cause of these issues.

Your cpu and your gpu are extremely outdated. VR is extremely taxing on both. I would say upgrade both. Or ask chat gpt to help you optimize it for running on 8gb of vram.
