VaM 1.x Help me start

Hi there, everytime I use VAM. It takes a long time to load scenes and choose skins due to the way you can only slide down to choose the files. I have appearance loader which is brilliant. But I find myself scrolling through more than 2000 scenes/ files to find the one I want. Is there a better way to do this that I dont know about ? Also with adding plugins etc.

Organizing your files?
If you're talking about vars: there's a search field to narrow your search.

But if you got thousands of scenes/appearances, it only comes down to your own management of the data in the end.
