Hello everyone. I'm quite new to vam. Please tell me, I have a problem: I have (for example) two saved scenes, with time line plugins and with different atom localizations. I need to combine these two scenes into one. The problem is that when I load both scenes in turn, the localization of atoms in the second scene remains as in the first scene. (For example: in the first scene, the atom is in the cell, and in the second scene, I need it to be outside the cell). Please help me figure out what needs to be done? Thank you in advance for your help.

Please, show an example video.
Generally, loading a scene does not do that. It only occurs with merge loads (if I recall properly). Record a video, slowly showing your problem and I can help you. (you can host it on mega if it is too big).

Yes, that's exactly what happens, as you say, when combining downloads. So I'm asking, is it possible for both downloads to stay in the places I've identified? What is needed for this. Should I put some kind of "checkbox" or enable some plugin?

Roughly speaking, in time lane, I created two different animations, and I need to run them in turn and with different linked localization.

The merge load is made for what it is. There is no way to prevent this : )
If you simply need to migrate animations, export them if you're using timeline.

That is, for example, if there is a bed and a sofa in the room, and I, for example, need an atom to be on the sofa instead of a bed, do I need two separate scenes?

You don't.

Learn timeline. That thing allows you to dynamically move characters around the scene with segments/animations/poses.
Look at Scary Mary's scene, it's a good reference point (even if the scene is quite complex).
