heartbeat plugin

hi everyone,
I have acquired a visible heartbeat plugin for VAM,
My problem is that where I can get the controls for this plugin visible on the plugin control panel they do not do anything to the figure.
I'm guessing that I've not got the files in the wrong place.....can anyone instruct me as to where I have to place these files manually.

What is the plugin that you've got? Perhaps you should ask the author of the plugin for help?
