HandsOn - Track your hand movement with any camera - Track your hand movement with any camera

Use your hands to control any Atom or part of the body in VAM. The only thing you need is a camera and a green piece of paper attached to your hand. Have fun!

Instructions:
1. Download HandsOn.rar
2. Extract it and run HandsOn.exe
3. Connect your camera. You can also connect your phone with an app like Iriun Webcam.
4. Download the plugin for VAM and put it into AddonPackages.
5. Start VAM and add handtracking.cs to your project. It should...

O Dude!! Been dreaming of the plugin like this, all my Vam-ing life!!! I used to have Leap Motion Hand tracking working, but since VAM latest Updates - none of that works properly in Desctop anymore. And it's been already a loooooooooong looooooooooong time, since leap-motion stopped working for VR also. Well, technically, it's is still possible to make it working, somehow, by finding a proper newer driver(which is no longer available on the official Leap web site anymore), and besides, which works only with the latest of Windows(Windows 11, 10 hopefully possibly maybe as well). But those folks, who still comfortable with lovely old good Windows7 - they should simply forget about all that, for good
I literally jumped off my chair today in the morning, by seing your post, and since, having lots of work, haven't yet tried your plugin in my VAM, just yet. What I'm very curious about, is, if your plugin, can be really considered as a Leap-motion hand tracking alternative? I mean, can you grab/play(with) tits or nipples/other Atom body parts by simply using hands in the air(of course, by using your plugin, I mean)? Or does it allow only just some interaction(like basic movements of objects), but not yet so detalized(like Leap-motion allows)? Do you plan it to be also working for VR?

Glad you like it! It is actually just the first prototype I was testing to see if it is even possible to achieve real time tracking with camera. I didn't expect it to blow up that much though haha But I can gladly say that I will be continuing the development of this plugin.

I also have leap motion, but it was just so annoying to use and to set it up somehow, so I thought if no one else makes a plugin that is usable for hand tracking, then I will do it myself.

Currently it is not an alternative to leap motion, since I am tracking only 1 degree of freedom (which is up and down motion), but if I were to start fully working on this plugin, then there is nothing that would not be possible!

I think if you have a quest 3 headset, you can have hand tracking, but at that point everything becomes so bloated and clunky, that you don't want to use it anymore.

Though I do think that the most exciting part about this app would be, if in the future other adult games could be also controllable with it.
