Ground Planes - Start your scenes on a good foundation

Collection of ground planes that are useful in scoping the views in scenes. I started making planes of this nature in order to establish artificial horizons for outdoor scenes that leverage skyboxes.

Farger updated Ground Planes with a new update entry:

Added five new color themes for hilly terrains

New planes with terrain features have been added. In general, the elevation of these additional textures has been reduced.
- dark green hills
- coffee brown hills
- clay hills
- dark gray hills
- sand dune hills

In testing, these new materials seem to work best using directional lighting and the forcepixel setting.

Added 6 new planes with a focus on urban themes

Added six geometric plan effects:
- stadium with black background, two heights
- dark city skyline
- circular podium
- top of the world view, both black and snow material
