The previews look really nice and I can see that you put a lot of effort into this.
But there only seems to be the golden ring and the ingame item looks totally different than the renders. I understand though that the transparent parts cannot be realized in VAM, but there are no physics either and the mesh is distorted. You should use @Stopper's Rewrapper plugin to wrap them to certain vertices on the ear only.

also, it doesn't really work too well for me for some reason, the rewrapper that is, so I implore everyone using this to stay away from any facial morphs for now until earring issues are remedied, I believe there's probably a morph that can be used to fix them, much as is the case for geoshells.Hey Ion!

To clarify, only the ring is usable ingame in this version, it should look something like this:

Notably there is a degree of deformation when certain facial morphs are applied, otherwise it should look "perfect"
