Found this online, I modified it by separating each piece of furniture, so now you can load just the piece you want to use or all of them and move them around independently. I added colliders to the bed and the tops of the dresser and nightstand.

I've tried to import it as customunityasset but it doesn't show in the list when choosing the asset to import.
I've put it in the Addonpackages folder.
Any help it's much appreciated. Thank you!

That particular asset is an assetbundle file that needs to be stored in the custom/assets folder off the root VAM directory, then you add in to your scenes as a community asset. Let me know if that helps.
