DIY transparent LCD?
I have a pile of 10” screens meant for tablets, I might try removing the back and making one of these myself.
it might be possible to mess with the polarisation films as well to stack 2 panels for 3D, I need to look into that.

How did you make the backlight box? It looks nice and evenly lit without visible leds.

Yeah - let me know your result.

I used the original back light from the display. Just removed it from the panel and put it in the bottom of the box.
