Ghost morph - OpenXXL

v22 fixed the RG morphs, but Male morph OpenXXL still plagues the scene, still requires manual removal from package, just like RG morphs used to.

There's a built-in OpenXXL that is not like the vicious OpenXXL that spreaded everywhere. All you need to get rid of OpenXXL is to uncheck "Auto Male genital/anus morphs" in Auto-Behaviours.
