Genitals wigling, trembling, clipping etc etc etc etc

Hi all,
I'm getting very frustrated by genitals acting out. I think I've tried everything from tweaking the physics to different kinds of collider editor setups, morphs etc. Nothing seems to work for me, but in scenes made by for example Weebu the genitals act perfect and look beautiful no matter the size of the penis. What am I doing wrong?? please help!

Do you mean when inserting them or at any time even if there's nothing obviously pressing on them? And this is when using any scene or what/where/how?
