I have a problem with Scarlet's hair. The front part has a different color than the rest of the hair.
Tried playing around with the hair settings, the lighting settings, nothing helped.

Any tips how to fix it?

hair look likethis at lowest graphics settings. its probably because you have pixel light count set too low settings.

I'm far from the lowest.
Pixel light count is maxed out, hair is still different.
