Not a lot of info on this. I have a quest 2 and just got slime vr. I got everything working on my pc. Ive seen a video that using embody you can posses a character. I can't seem to get any other trackers besides my two controllers to work. How can you get VAM to see the trackers and is there a way to assign them to certain parts of the body. (ie: right foot tracker to right food in game)

I'm curious how did it work out? I've wanted to jump in, but was waiting for something slimmer like slime trackers. Once you sort out any steam issue you will just go into configure trackers in the embody plugin and assign each if it doesn't automatically find them somehow. I've done this with steam's virtual trackers which I never could do more than make me a flying ghost lol.
Really? I gotta try this, I've had nothing but issues. After setting up all the slime vr stuff, and get it to work in steam. I can't get Vam to see the trackers. I'm getting frustrated and I've tried just about everything

Good luck hope it works out for you. Would love to know if they are good or just drift all over. I tried out the ultimate trackers, and they worked fine ish, but didn't suite my needs. EDIT: I looked last night and there might be something to forwarding tracking if using Virtual Desktop. Maybe reach out to someone like with this post. https://hub.virtamate.com/resources/slimevr-drivers-supporting-knees.53051/ and just ask if they knew what might be wrong?

So the drift isn't bad with the smile vr trackers. It's a little bit to setup. Everyone always says to us the steam vr connect to pc. I have virtual desktop and tried the meta one. Seemed to Cause issues. I've never full gotten it to work other than the frame tracker ghost you saw in vr. I know they came out with something for vam that lets them see your Slime trackers. Through embody, I've spent so much time and it doesn't see them.
Ive gotten my phone to work as a chest controller. It's always taking the time take a day and seeing what I can do. I dont think ive even gotten chat vr to work. I'm booking marking as much as I can for information. I will 100 percent check out that post about forwarding and see if i can reach out.
The closest ive gotten is translating with ai this guy from china who got it working through embody. However the trackers show up in Vam before hand which i havn't gotten yet
