Hi everyone!

I’m working on ForgeAI Face Generator, a Windows tool designed to automatically reconstruct a VaM face from reference photos and generate a ready-to-use VaM morph preset.

The current 0.1 beta uses a front photo and a side/profile photo. ForgeAI analyzes the facial geometry, solves the VaM morph values automatically, and exports the result as a .vap Morph Preset.

The goal is to give creators a much faster starting point instead of manually adjusting dozens of face morphs.

Current 0.1 features:

  • Front + profile photo input
  • Automatic facial geometry analysis
  • Automatic VaM morph solving
  • Direct .vap Morph Preset export
  • Local processing on the user’s PC
  • Windows GUI
I’m currently finishing the final solver validation and preparing the first public interface.

I’m aiming to release the first public 0.1 beta within the next week.

The screenshot below shows an early GUI draft, not the final design. The layout and appearance may change before release.

After 0.1, the plan is to expand ForgeAI with:
  • multiple imperfect photos instead of requiring strict front/profile shots
  • improved profile reconstruction
  • skin and texture reconstruction
  • makeup and lighting separation
  • preservation of freckles, moles, scars and tattoos
0.1 is still an early beta, so I’m not claiming perfect one-click likeness yet. The first goal is to provide a useful automatic face reconstruction that can still be edited normally inside VaM.

I’ll add before/after VaM comparisons here before the first public build is released.

The 0.1 public beta will be free. Later, some advanced versions or features may become paid as the project develops.

Feedback and suggestions are welcome.

Development note: ForgeAI has been developed with substantial AI coding assistance under my direction, testing and iteration.
