If you line up the uv to squares and keep the left and right complete mirror, you dont have to deal with manual fixing alignment issue. Even if you have to fix some, painting in 3d in substance painter is my preferred method. Since you have great photoshop skill, substance painter is very easy to get your hands on, (they both own by Adobe). Great video, I had fun
