Question file not named with convention - can i just rename the file in the folder?

Hey everyone, I found a ressource here in the VAM files with a slightly different name than usual.

In VAM I get the message "VAR file *filename* is not named with convention <creator>.<name>.<version>"

Can I simply convert it by renaming it in the folder? Or is there more to it and I need to do some more research to get rid of this error message.

I am wondering in particular if this error is causing it to fail when I want to load the model in a new scene.

Yes, rename it. If it's here on the Vam hub, post a note in the Discussion thread about this. Some new creators don't know about this. If it's not on the hub, then go to that site.
