Fast animation change without loading

Hello,
Many scenes in the Hub have a menu or buttons that allow you to change the animated poses with the touch of a button. I'm currently working on Timeline and would like to know the best way to change the animated pose without reloading the scene?

It would be great if someone could give me a hint. Thanks )
