Exporting clothes from VAM to 3D Software

Is there a way to export clothes from VAM so I can open and adjust them in 3D software?
There must be a way to open the .vab file which is in the VAR package for example...
Anyone know if this is possible?

Yes, that would be great. Sometimes need to fix bad cloth but without a tool it is impossible, also clothes with bad topology or just not optimized from daz/marvelous in game piss me off.
