Was the license question was never answered? It's being positioned as "free" but the license is "paid content"? Unfortunately I'm using free assets that have this embedded and can't seem to remove it, even though it's not actually in use. I would hate to toss out a modified model just because the original model had this embedded.

The "Side_Shadow" part of enhanced eyes does not move with the character

I guess this is caused by the Global Illum Specular Intensity. Try to bring it down. It's inside the Scene Lighting tab. Or you may try other Skybox.
