Removed non-hub dependencies

This version removes references to hair .vars that are no longer on the hub. Instead I've substituted for hair by @Oronan that is on the hub. However, as those hairs are only for female models I've included them directly so you don't need to copy them out of the .var into the male hair directory.

New hair looks like this:

the shaft have bad colliders in VR, please fix!

At the start there is no colliders and the other, at the end, the collider is smaller the visual object...

You need to make sure the ColliderEditor plugin is loaded on the model, then open it and load the collider Preset that comes in the .var. That should set the genital colliders correctly.
