Drop down menu cut off

Hello! I am trying to see a drop down menu at the bottom on a list. It is cut off however when I open it, and I can't scroll the window down further. There are more options, I can see them for a brief second when I scroll down more but it pops back up. Screenshot and video attached.

Any idea how to fix? I've messed with the UI Scale size and UI offset but no luck. Thanks!!

Whatever plugin this is, the plugin creator needs to account for this:

1. Leaving enough space at the bottom, so you can scroll down. For example by adding a "spacer" at the bottom or changing the order or UI elements so the drop down isn't the last one.
2. Possibly using the other type of drop down ("FilterablePopup") that has a search filter and scroll bar on it's own, which limits its maximum size on screen.
