Question Desktop.ini ??

How come these files seem to occasionally pop up in my addonpackage folder? I've seen 2.. I opened it up with text and it had information about clothes settings? It's like 2 years old? DO i need to keep it? I noticed as I was doing some sorting this morning and saw it

It's a windows behavior.
This has nothing to do with vam
