I have been asked about an issue with custom hair sim physics not working in vam city
the hair becomes static if a character is beyond the boundary of the sand box area ,like the irish pub or subway .
meshedvr inbuilt hair sim works fine, any where in vam city.
Has to be a bug with the custom hair utility.
as an idea from jackaroo ,tried enlarging the size of the navigation panel it can help. but is limited in size.
