Question CUA problems with DAZ to VAM

So, I transferred some .fbx from Daz to Unity to VAM. While it works with one, it doesn't work with the other and I got no clue why. Problem with the working one: I put colliders on it, both box, capsule and orb work. When I change to "mesh" the CUA appears in the scene but falls through the floor and away. No change with switching on / off physics, collisions , gravity etc. Anybody knows why?

Other CUA got a reasonable size of about 2MB, but just refuses to appear in VAM. It loads, it's there but not visible. Any idea why?
