For some reason clothing textures no longer load. I could download a striped bikini with different color variations but when I try to swap between them they are just plain colors. And same thing with any shirts with decals. The presets show different decals but when loading they are just blank. Im not sure what happened, they used to all be fine.

it could be your texture cache has become corrupted. Try mainUI > User Preferences > Performance >Clear Cache.

In game, go to the "User Preferences" tab and check that "Shader Quality" is still set to High. If it's turned to medium, the clothing normal maps and decal textures don't get loaded. I've had this issue once before, but I have no idea why it happened.
