ClockwiseSilver's SilverBJ fixes/custom ver. - plugin improvements

- Fixed an issue that caused the plugins CustomUI to not register personatoms at all when 1 or more personatoms are toggled off in the Scene.
- Muted the "BJ already running" error that frequently occured when the plugin gets activated by physics triggers.
