Environments cathedral v2

VamTastic submitted a new resource:

cathedral v2 - added collisions

the cathedral was originally released by biochrisd but never seemed to bother updating it.
so i have updated it with collisions , created normal maps ,reduced the Specular as it looked unnatural and washed out the details.
