Question Can you use vamx to string together poses for timeline?

I'm not even sure how to word this question. But what I'm trying to ask is instead of creating the poses keyframe by keyframe myself can I use the already created ones in vamx and string them together in timeline?

Saved poses in Timeline are for the current pose of the person, doesn't matter how you posed it.
