Question Can you expand the UI Slider's range to make the values negative?

I am using a UI Slider with Acidbubbles Timeline and I want to expand it so that the morph values I'm using can go into negative values or higher values. I normally can expand the sliders in the morphs section by hitting the + button. Is there a similar button to expand the range for the UI Slider?
