Can I use free version of DAZ and content available there for vam to daz to blender to daz to vam workflow?

Solution
I think I described my question wrong. By "content" I meant features of the DAZ app. In one of the PDF guides, there is a step where you have to use component called "Morph Loader Pro". To me, this sounds like a plugin, which can be paid, or am I wrong?

Though the name does seem misleading, "Morph Loader Pro" is just a built-in tool from a drop down menu for Daz.
Last I checked, Daz Studio is free, it's all the content you might need to use with it that costs. Note that you are not allowed to port Daz assets, even freebies, to post here as Vam assets. The licenses don't allow that. You can use it in a work flow that involves your own creations, morphs and so on, but things like the Daz textures are not allowed. You might want to give more details about your proposed work flow, but it sounds OK.
