You can make whatever you want, from round to pointy, from high to low nipples, to wide to narrow, close to separate breasts. You can also make big areolas to small areolas, whatever you want.
If the hub doesn't offer what you are seeking, maybe you can start making your own character. It's easier then you might think. I'm also not a fan of super large breasts, never was.
