Just noticed a scene that doesn't appeal to me at all, and wished we had the ability blacklist tags(I'm not gay so I have less than zero interest in looking at two guys going at it). Personally, I'd like such a blacklist to just obfuscate the preview pics, requiring a click-through to actually see it.

I'm sure you could suggest the feature without all the hate/disgust speech about gay scenes, it's not helpful.
In the mean time you can set to "ignore" the creator and not see their resources.

There are no universal tags for certain types of content, so such a system would not be effective for the purpose you describe.
If a creator makes content you find objectionable, you may set the creator to "ignore" to stop seeing their content.
