Adding Tags after postings

After posting we are no longer able to add tags even if we update a creation we can't. I'm thinking we should be able to add and remove tags that we have added or even let others add missing tags to our content if that is possible.

Sure you can:

1. Open your resource page
2. Go to the resource header section - shows title, date, tags, etc
3. Click the tags icon at the start of the tags to edit tags.

Took me a while to notice this too.
