BigDumbIdiot submitted a new resource:

BigDumbIdiot's Dildo Pack-Part 1 - A pack of three dildos

I wasn't finding many options for realistic dildos on the hub, so I made some myself. The first one I threw together quickly. It isn't very good. The second one I took more time on, but is a little more vertex heavy. The third one is a reworked and more optimized version of the second one, And I think it looks better. Feel free to use them as you see fit! This was a learning exercise for me, so if anything doesn't work, please let me know!

Dude I've been looking for something like this for years now!! Thank you so very much :)

I use a dildo with a tracker in VR, because using a whole body is just not very practical in action.
Also the VR touch vibration plugin only works with the regular "vr hands"

Are you using this for the same reason? because if so, I might have an interesting suggestion...

No, I didn't even know that was a thing you can do! Gonna have to look into that. And keep an eye out, as I plan to release more, soon!

Can you tell me how to add this to a scene please? I see that it is a .var and I put it in the AddonPackages folder. Then I added a CUA to the scene but when trying to add this to the CUA, it doesn't show in the list on the dropdown. How do I add this?

Did you select the assetbundle through the "select file" button?

Did you select the assetbundle through the "select file" button?
The problem is that the folder you need to navigate to in order to select the assetbundle file does not show up in the "Select File" UI.
BigDumbIdiot does not even show when I attempt to use the creator filter and searching for keyword "bigdumb" or even "dildo" yields no results either.

UPDATE: It does not show up in the "Shortcuts" navigation panel on the left, but if you manually navigate to VAM/AddonPackages you can access the folder from there.

Yep, tried that, no joy.

Can confirm @Chonzales workaround. Thank you.

The problem is you've put the .assetbundle file in the "/Assets" folder, but it should be in "/Custom/Assets" for the game to pick it up so that people can add it to scene easily.
"/Assets" folder is some unity/steam thing, not used by VaM.

And your wasteland package has the same issue. Didn't check the bus.

Would be cool to fix this before people start depending on them being broken.

But they're not .assetbundle files.

They are .var files.

.var files go in the /AddonPackages folder.

I just followed a quick tutorial. Should I have the assetbundle in the custom assets folder as well as the other steps? Like when you load, say, a furniture assetbundle, and can select from multiple assets from the drop down. That's what I was aiming for.

Please ignore Tex. I'm talking about the directory structure inside your var. Vars are just renamed zip files mirroring whatever structure you have in your VaM folder. I made a VAR manager, I know what I'm talking about :)

Put your .assetbundles into "Custom/Assets", then edit the scene to reference the new location. Then make a new version of the var including the two (you can just include the scene and press the resolve dependencies button in the lower left corner, dunno what it's called atm, and VaM will add all of the scene dependencies - so your assetbundle - to the list).

After you package the VAR with assetbundles inside "Custom/Assets" people will be able to search for them when adding to CUA atoms.

I thought it was clear from qdaro's first post that they were addressing the mod author, so I immediately assumed the comment was about var folder structure.
