Does it do similar thing to this plugin https://hub.virtamate.com/resources/autoflutterhip.55815/ or is it different? i wanted to know cuz if the functionality of both are different for hip bending then i want to use them together unless they do the same then not both of them together.

Although it's perfect, you overlooked the deformation of the lower abdomen. Once you use your plugin, the lower abdomen will become very strange
