I'd like to see a detailed environment of Bag End from the Hobbit / Lord of the Rings. A CUA Gandalf blowing smoke rings would be cool too.

Have you ever seen a 3D model of it that's downloadable? If you can get it into blender/Unity you can export the assetbundle to use in VaM

There are one-two good payed DAZ3d environments showing a version of Bag Ends interior for a reasonable price. Maybe don't search for the original Book/Movie names, cause most of the time creators will use pseudonyms.
Maybe you or someone else has to set up the scene and use Unity to create a VaM environment. There are some tutorials about creating custom Unity assets. IMHO it is time consumpting, but not difficult.

Edit: Here it is

It looks like if you buy that you have to pay extra for the interactive licence to be able to re-distribute the model as an assetbundle for VaM.
I am unsure EXACTLY of the legality but from my quick read of the licence, if you used that assetbundle in a scene (free or paid) it would be ok to include and distribute it after purchase of that extended licence. I don't believe you could simply resell the asset (or give it away) if it wasn't part of a substantial creation of your own.
Either way, it's ~$74 to buy and then you have to import it into Unity and convert it to an assetbundle. I guess you would REALLY have to want that model to do so if you are not making a popular paid scene that you expect to profit from and can verify you are allowed to include it in such a scene.

??? @Jiraiya ...You are absolutely right. But all the hassle and money would only be relevant if you would like to share those scene/asset. My assumption was, that the OP was searching this only for himself.
I know that many of us have bought a ton of DAZ stuff to do clothes, skins and environments for ourself, including me. This is a sex game and we are creating our very own private fantasies. I would guess, that only a maximum of 10% (rather much lower) of all created stuff will be shared to the community.
It may sounds rude, but IMHO this is quite normal. Sorry if I was thinking the wrong way. :(

10% of "all" created stuff is a very high estimate!
Yeah, Not sure I would spend the money on that asset just for myself but at least you save $50 on not needing the distribution licence for it that way, so $25 is more of a reasonable cost for a personal project.
I expect a lot of personal projects turn to less than legal means to get their assets too, but you can't upload those on the hub then! So no point talking about that. If he can't convert the asset himself he would need somebody else to turn the models into an assetbundle. If it's not from a legal source, that itself becomes an issue.
My top tip for anybody wanting specific models that are hard to find or expensive is "Blender is free, get it and learn it.", build your own models! (I know, it's hard and not everybody has the talent, but it's certainly worth a try.).
I built a complete replica of my main VR room including all fixtures and fittings accurate to a +/-2cm. I can walk around in VR in it and know where things are! It's fun to bring a VaM model into your own "real" room. That will never get distributed and took a lot of effort to make but it was a fun project and worthwhile I think.
I am rambling, sorry.

Totally agree, getting DAZ stuff illegally is way too easy. :(
Nevertheless, 25$ is indeed expensive, but just buying it and then convert it in one afternoon might be very attractive for many people who doesn't want to spend days and weeks modeling. Not to speak about learning Blender from zero. And it is definitely cheaper than hiring someone to do the work. IMHO, having all the countless assets and stuff from stores like the DAZ store, Renderosity, Renderotica, aso available for use in VaM, is surely one of the many things that made VaM so much popular.
I really want to encourage everybody who ever had some few experiences with DAZ (or other rendering tools) to try it. If you follow the tutorials closely, creating CUAs is easier than one may think.
