hello, would you be kind enough to advise me so that I no longer have a problem between my high-performance laptop and my occulus helmet? 2 hourglasses light up permanently. I can not do anything. and the connection keeps dropping. virtamate works great when I only use my computer. would it be a problem of disturbances due to the electrical circuits present in a room? thank you in advance. Like ----Computer Specs, Quest 1 or 2 and how do you connect to your laptop.
