Automatic Latest Dependency

Hi, is there a plugin available to force usage of latest version of dependency ?
Cause, its make no sense to have like 10 Version of AcidBubbles Timeline or anything else, when they mostly do the same stuff in better.
If not, i think Plugin maker have an idea here.

Plugins are almost always referenced by exact version because they are code. Code might change over time. Coders might delete some options and add new ones. Since Vam doesn't know how to handle such differences, it defaults to using exact version for plugins. Forcing the latest version of plugins would probably break a lot of scenes.
