@14mhz Hello! I was informed that this plugin is incompatible with Naturalis, causing the morph animation in Naturalis to break. Naturalis is incompatible with any plugin that animates bone formulas whose target bone is one that Naturalis directly uses for calculating morph values, or is above in hierarchy to that bone. When VAM applies a bone morph formula value to the bone, it refreshes the entire hierarchy below it as well.

I checked the tongue morphs packaged in the AutoFlutterTongue var, and they contain bone formulas for chest, rPectoral, lPectoral and a lot of other bones as well. In general, animating bone morphs is undesirable since it can tank the frame rate. If it's absolutely necessary to animate bone morphs, it should be limited to the exact bones that are needed. In the case of AutoFlutterTongue, probably only the tongue bones and possibly jaw bones should need to be animated.

Bone formulas can be removed from the morph files by simply deleting them from the .vmi file, so this should be an easy fix on your end :)

The highlighted bones below are the ones Naturalis directly uses. Included are the parent lines from those bones all the way to the hip bone which is the root bone of the entire skeleton.

As everlaster mentioned, morph has an unnecessary bone reference. Please try v0.3 and give me your feedback.

Everything is fine, don’t worry bro, I don’t understand anything about programming. I wouldn't be able to create the plugin myself.
 
Sorry, if the question is irrilevant (i still didn't had time to test the plugin a lot) but, would be possible to include the VAM Dildo as a response target like is for the penis, hands, etc?
I think that in VR this would be very useful (and not only in VR).

Thank you so much for making such an excellent plugin. I have a small question to ask you, why is it that when I use the plugin, when the tongue is deformed, the FPS is actually reduced. For example, when the plugin is closed and the plugin is opened, the FPS is actually reduced by 40-50FPS! Maybe this could be the reason why my computer is too junk, or maybe there is some way to fix it. Let plugins do their work without lowering FPS!
 
The specs of my computer are below and they are not good specs. ?
- CPU i7-8700k
- GPU nVidia 2080

AutoFlutterTongue Idle state and working state were compared.
● using AutoFlutterTongue - idle (== FPS 100~110)

Finally, I tried to animate just [changing Tongue Length Morph] using only TimeLine without using AutoFlutterTongue.
● no use AutoFlutterTongue - TimeLine only (changing Tongue Length) (== FPS 65~80)

In conclusion, there is no significant difference between FPS when changed morphing using TimeLine and FPS when using AutoFlutterTongue.
Nevertheless, I will continue to look into areas where speed can be improved and make improvements.

I really didn't expect you to answer my question so quickly. I thought I was the only one who felt that way. I want to tell you my understanding, when I made the animation by hand. Found that if the deformation file is built into Vam, it will not reduce FPS at all, and the deformation made by other authors, not for your tongue deformation, but the deformation file made by everyone, will affect FPS. This is the question that makes a big difference to me. Because I tried so many times. In addition to the built-in deformation file does not take up FPS at all!

Are you correct in saying that [deformation] means [morph]? ( sorry im not native english)o_O
The morph used in the example [TestTimeLineOnly.json] is a vam default built-in morph [Tongue Length].
Yes, Vam has built-in Morphs. All Morphs don't take up FPS.
 
Hello~
I did a benchmark test with the plugin you mentioned. Each test was conducted with default values without any settings.
I hope you don't misunderstand. I was just trying to run benchmarks and identify shortcomings in the software I created.
I am not a good developer and the plugin I created is not perfect, but I will try to make up for the shortcomings and create a plugin that is good for users to use.


My sincere request is that do not write the names of other software. he and I are just both developers too. :cry:

FYI, the plugin seems to corrupt some morphs permanently with the tongue (after trying to 'reset' all the morphs and remove the plugin, the atom's tongue is still crooked in a way that requires a full reset of all morphs).

hello is it possible to add some kind of scroll bar to set animation speed. i generet video with zhfx plugin which along with reshade options gives 2-5 fps in real time and animation is played regardles of realtime fps like its "play if for second" so in end video i get constant jumping of tongues or even just shakes. could be nice to allow to slow down tongue anim or play it accord to current real time fps.
