This look is amazing, but for some reason when I try and save her, it doesn't include her hair.

Hair is a CUA and I recommend using https://hub.virtamate.com/resources/cuamanager.547/ to handle all CUA's. Appearance presets unfortunately do not save CUA's and their positioning so that's why this session plugin is very useful.
